Working Group Domestic Heating (online)

The Working Group Domestic Heating was created in 2012 in order to promote biomass in the domestic heating sector. In the framework of the EU’s long-term decarbonisation strategy, tackling the heating and cooling (H&C) sector is getting more and more attention. Biomass can offer a wide range of sustainable solutions, including in the residential sector.

In the upcoming Working Group, discussions will include:

  • Presentation of 2021 Bioheat outlook and news from national markets;
  • Overview of recently published Fit for 55 package and a dynamic discussions on challenges & opportunities for small-scale renewable heat;
  • Latest Updates on the EU Commission Public-Private-Partnership.
