Wood Energy goes digital - new dates!
Due to the current developments within the framework of COVID-19, this year's 20th Wood Energy Congress will now be held digitally as a series of events taking place from the 22nd - 30th September 2020.
The Congress for Wood Energy is organised by Fachverband Holzenergie (FVH) in the BBE in conjunction with Fachagentur Nachwachsende Rohstoffe e.V. (FNR).
After years of tough negotiations, the EU institutions have now agreed on the content of the new Renewable Energy Directive, RED II. The decisions taken will have a tangible impact on the sector too and this conference aims to provide positive stimuli to ensure that wood energy is once again firmly embedded in future climate and energy strategies!
This year's congress language will be German only due to translation limitations.
Please note registration for the congress is expected to open at the end of July.
In the meantime, for further information, visit the event website.
