Our Working Groups are focused decision-making hubs that allow Bioenergy Europe members to discuss policy updates, new technologies and market trends.

Back to Event Overview
In this second meeting of the Working Group, participants will get an overview of the new sourcing areas showing a potential for further development and investment opportunities, as well as the associated challenges.
Special attention will be given to EU RED II sustainability criteria, entering into force in 2021, and the tools available for showing compliance, such as the SURE Certification.
The meeting will also investigate the different needs from supplier and end-users in terms of quality, sampling and testing of the wood chips.
During the whole day, participants will be able to share their knowledge and experience about the sector. Do not miss this unique networking opportunity!
