Bioenergy Europe votes in a new Board of Directors

Brussels, November 25, 2024 – On 20 of November, during the European Bioenergy Future Conference, representatives from Europe’s bioenergy stakeholders voted for a new Board of Directors for Bioenergy Europe.

Thanks to a change in the Association’s statutes that encouraged members to present more minority candidates, this Board is much more gender balanced that in previous years. With 7 women being elected as Board members out of 18 (39%).
